Alice was a small girl in a pink jumper, brownish skirt and who wore a pink bow in her hair, which was medium-length and blonde.
History[]
Alice was a member of the Chipper Chums, a gang formed by Algy and Col in Essex in the summer of 1952. One day, while scrumping in Farmer Tregowan's orchard, the Chipper Chums ate apples that had been sprayed with insecticide, and they all keeled over stone dead. Afterwards, the farmer popped them in his apple press, and made them all into cider.

- Alice's big brother Ginger is unthinkingly mean to Alice, such as when he makes her cry by suggesting that they rip out one of Teddy's eyes to make a hook to go fishing with. Afterwards, he claims to have completely forgotten that she loves her Teddy.
- While the rest of the Chipper Chums ride bicycles, Alice is too small and rides a pink tricycle.
- Alice was the youngest of the Chipper Chums.
