Rosie de Trow was a character who appeared in the series 2 episode Jack in a Box.
Description[]
A young girl with long blonde hair, Rosie dressed in a pale blue frock with a white belt and trim, and a hairband and shoes of the same colour. Her shoes had small white bows on the tops. She was a polite girl who loved her brother Jack very much, even although he was an annoying chatterbox.
History[]
At Rosie’s birthday party, her parents hired a ventroliquist named Mr. Twig-Tailor to do a show at her party.
The very next day her brother disappeared, and Rosie was inconsolable, singing “My brother Jack, Please come back” over and over again. To try and cheer her up, her father Lord de Trow bought her a dummy from a joke shop in Great Pudden, thinking that the puppet had an awful lot of Jack in it. Little did they know however, just how much of Jack was actually in the doll!
